Pimp Sirgiorgio Sanford Clardy, 26, is filing a $100 million lawsuit against Nike for failing to provide a warning label on their shoe. Clardy of Portland, Oregon claims there should be a warning label provided on the shoes stating they can be used as a dangerous weapon.

Cardy was found guilty in 2013 of second-degree assault for using his Jordans to beat the face of a john who tried to leave without paying Clardy’s prostitute. He also beat the18 –year-old women he forced to be his prostitute. The women’s injuries were so severe she bled from her ears and the john required plastic surgery and stitches. Clardy was sentenced to 100 years in prison for these felonies. The jury in Clardy’s case described his Jordans as a “dangerous weapon” in order to guarantee the longest prison sentence according to the Oregonian.

While in the Eastern Oregon Correctional Institution Clardy wrote a three-page complaint against Nike. Clardy asked a Multnomah County Judge to demand Nike to include warning labels to all “potentially dangerous Nike and Jordan merchandise.” Clardy will be representing himself for the lawsuit.

There have been past Oregon cases where other defendants have been convicted of using a variety of items including boots, rope, a phone receiver, hot water, and HIV-infected blood. Classifying theses items as “dangerous weapons” can cause longer prison sentences.

Mary Remuzzi Nike spokesperson said the company had no comment regarding the lawsuit.
