The Final Rose

The final episode of “The Bachelor” and the “After the Rose Ceremony” left many fans surprised and confused at the end of the night.

The episode started with Juan Pablo, The Bachelor, escorting Clare Crawley on what would be their last date. The romantic helicopter ride changed quickly after Pablo whispered offensive comments to Crawley. Pablo’s exact words were not mentioned during the episode, however Crawley summarized his comments to the camera.

“He chose to tell me something that no woman wants to hear. That he really doesn’t know me and some sexual thing I don’t want to repeat. It was insulting, it was offensive and it just made me feel awful,” Crawley said.

Next, was Pablo’s date with Nikki Ferrell. Ferrell and Pablo seemed to have a much better date. However, Pablo left Nikki crying at the end of the night.

In the end, Pablo did not propose to either Ferrell or Crawley. However, he did give Ferrell the “final rose” and asked her to continue their relationship further.

During the “After the Rose Ceremony”  even host Chris Harrison seemed confused and annoyed by Pablo’s responses.

During the show, Chris Harrison asked Ferrell if Pablo had said “I Love You” during their time together.

“People don’t understand that this is real life. …We are happy we had the opportunity. It’s been tough. …It hasn’t been easy. What I’m feeling with Nikki is fantastic.” Pablo responded when asked about his love for Ferrell.

Pablo and Ferrell continued to not answer Harrison’s question and try to keep their lives private. Harrison’s frustration to their short answers was evident during the show.

“I’m not angry at Juan Pablo nor do I dislike the guy. Am I often confused and puzzled by his behavior and his thoughts?,” Harrison stated on his blog.

Pablo started out as sweet, honest, and innocent Bachelor. However, by the end of the season he is known as “The Most Hated Bachelor” by many fans.

So, did anything good come out of this season of the Bachelor?

Georgia resident Andi Dorfman was announced to be the next Bachelorette. This Atlanta district attorney surprised many fans by leaving Pablo during the show.

During “The After the Rose Ceremony” Dorfamn seemed excited for the upcoming Bachelorette season.

“I’m all in — mentally, physically, emotionally,” Andi said.
