By: SYDNEY KOON

(Gainesville, Ga.) – The Brenau volleyball team hosted a Greek Night this past Tuesday.

Greek life members at Brenau University were encouraged to attend to cheer on the Golden Tigers as they played Dalton State.

The sororities were asked to prepare a cheer for a competition that took place during the game.

All the sororities that attended the game performed a cheer.

Alpha Delta Pi and Alpha Gamma Delta tied to win the competition. Both sororities won a pizza party provided by the Athletic Department.

We take special pride in The Alchemist. The student ran newspaper was the first publication distributed on the campus of Brenau University. The Alchemist went viral in Fall 2006. It has been over 100 years since the first article was printed, and has since evolved into the prominent platform for students to leave a legacy through their writing.
