Brenau Announces Assessment Day

Assessment Day, February 17, 2016

Brenau University will hold its annual Assessment Day on Wednesday, February 17, 2016.  During this time, Brenau focuses on the assessment of student learning specific to each program within the four colleges in order to gain insight for continuous quality improvement in both teaching and learning.  Assessment Day is required for all full-time Women’s College/Day undergraduate students.  Attendance is taken.  See you there!

QEP Activity Assessment Day 2016

• IMPORTANT NOTE

  • **Students should bring a device (i.e., smartphone, iPad, laptop) which allows them to view video clips from the internet and complete a brief survey**

• 8:30 AM

  • Welcome, attendance, & Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) Activity

• 9:45 AM – 10:00 AM

  • Students complete brief survey related to the QEP Activity and Academic Quality

• 10:00AM – NOON

  • Major field/departmental assessment activities in designated location (watch for more info!)

• NOON – 1:00 PM

  • Break for lunch on your own

• 1:00 PM – 1:50PM

  • Pearce Auditorium Women’s College student session with Dean Debra Dobkins

• 2:00 PM

  • Classes resume
