(Gainesville, Ga.)—If there has been one rumor consistently buzzing around the web this week, it’s definitely been the Huzlers.com release of an article concerning Bill Gates’ plea in the amount of $9 million dollars to rapper Young Thug to stop making music, but beware it’s just a hoax.

Even though the storyline sounds a bit out of character for the self-made billionaire, audiences all over the worldwide web couldn’t help but to ask themselves, and someone else, if the story was true.

The article on Huzler.com details how Bill Gates, allegedly, expressed his concern with the random noises and the eccentric style of Louisiana native and rapper Young Thug’s music.

“I may not be an avid rap listener but I sure heard Young Thug’s music and instantly went into depression. I even began to questions my existence and why this man was even let 100 feet near a recording studio, he has to go, if he denies my offer, I will offer even more ” Gates quoted according to the article.

Huzler defends their article, claiming it was posted with the intentions of being satire, and clearly not to be taken as serious as it has. They also released this statement in response to the various negative comments and backlash the article has received.

“Huzlers.com is a combination of real shocking news and satirical entertainment to keep its visitors in a state of disbelief.”
