(Gainesville, Ga.) Brenau seniors are counting down the days until graduation. Quite a few seniors have expressed their excitement about graduation, but one person in particular, Kaylee Ellison, tells a little bit about her feelings as it gets closer to the date. Ellison is a Nursing major, and a member of Zeta Tau Alpha. She holds leadership positions including Director of Sisterhood Spirit Chairman of her chapter, while going through multiple study sessions to obtain her degree. Here’s what Kaylee had to say:
How do you feel about being 100 days out from graduation?
“Being 100 days out from graduation is exciting, but terrifying at the same time. I am so close to being done that I can’t wait, but then again I don’t want it to go by too quickly.”
What are your plans after graduation?
“I will be moving into the Norcross area with my sorority sisters, and working in a hospital hopefully in the Atlanta area.”
There was an event on January 28 for the seniors called 100 Days Out. What went on at the event for you and your fellow seniors?
“There was three events for the seniors. There was Panera for breakfast for us at the Walter House. Then for lunch there was Chick-Fil-a for us along with information on proper interviewing techniques, and how to create a resume. Then for dinner, the seniors were brought to El Sombrero for a free dinner. Brenau treated all the seniors for their hard work which was well deserved. We wish all the seniors good luck on the rest of their journey as time continues to fly toward new beginnings.”
