I was asked to give a description about this column, and the best way I can describe it is that it will be a source of fiction and nonfiction. I will aspire to forge it into a collection of fantasy, artwork, short stories and reflections done by myself. I hope that it will be a place for readers of The Alchemist to take a break from their routines in order to be entertained for a moment. I also hope to perhaps intrigue the minds of the readers to make their own reflections about the topics I bring about, and to inspire someone to create something new.
I am a student at Brenau University. I lived in Hollywood, Florida for the majority of my life, moving around all over the state before coming to Georgia. I lived in Lawrenceville for a period of a few months before moving to live in Commerce Georgia. From there I attended and graduated from Commerce High school. Having lived in Georgia for almost five, I can honestly say that this has been my favorite state to live in. With the changing seasons and kind people, there’s no comparison to the quality of life a person leads here versus Florida. I would like to speak more about myself, but that would give away my identity to the specific few that do know me personally. I will remain anonymous by writing under the pen name Izzy K. Robinson. I hope you all enjoy.
